Berlis Projekt
Berlis Projekt est un projet événementiel réalisé par 20 étudiants français pour leur dernière année de Master Ingénierie et Conduite de Projets Evénementiels dispensé par la Fondation INFA et l'UPEC.
Cofinancé par l'OFAJ et future association, ce projet a pour objectif d'évaluer les étudiants sur leurs compétences à l'international ainsi que d'aller à la rencontre de professionnels et d'étudiants allemands du milieu de l'événementiel. Répartis par équipes, les berliners oeuvrent dès à présent pour réaliser leur séjour en allemagne qui se déroulera du 8 au 12 avril 2019.

Berlis Projekt is an event project implemented by 20 french students during their last year of Master's Degree in Events Management, a course provided by Fondation INFA and the Paris Est/Créteil University.
Co-founded by OFAJ and association to be, the aim of this project is to evaluate students about their international skills and also to meet german professionals and students who are working in the Events and Entertainment world. Split into teams, the members of the association are working hard to organize their study trip to Germany from April 8th to April 12th of 2019.

Communication and professionals meetings
L'équipe "communication et rencontres avec les professionnels" est en charge de créer et d'animer tous les supports visant à faire connaître Berlis Projekt. Egalement c'est elle qui démarche et organise des rencontres avec des professionnels de l'événementiel.
The team "Communication and professionals meetings" is in charge of creating and updating all contents in order to make make sure the Berlis Projekt is known by the way of social medias.
Also, this team is in charge of reaching events professionals and organizing meetings with them.

L'équipe logistique est chargée d'organiser le voyage (transport, hébergement etc.) et fait le lien entre chaque équipe.
Logisitc
The logistics team is in charge of organizing the trip (transport, accommodations etc.) and coordinates each team actions.
Julie Dandre
School
L'équipe School est en charge de contacter les écoles allemandes proposant une formation en événementiel afin de rencontrer ses étudiants. Elle doit aussi réaliser un gala lors du séjour.
The School team is in a charge of contacting German schools that propose event courses in order to meet similar students. Also, it has to organize a gala during the trip.
Culture
L'équipe culture est en charge de programmer des visites culturelles afin que les étudiants puissent s'imprégner de la culture allemande durant leur séjour.
The Culture team is in charge of booking cultural places visits so as students can immerse themselves in the german culture during their stay.
Team building
L'équipe Team Building a pour mission de réaliser une activité originale afin de souder les 20 étudiants lors du voyage.
The Team Building team's mission is to create a creative activity in order to strenghten relationships between the 20 students during the journey.
